Itinerary was on display at Røros Museum in 2014 as the first of three exhibitions where Ingunn Bakke and I exhibited works based on a common interest in exploring different relationships with colours. At the Røros Museum I showed a tufted tapestry, 400×400 cm. in digital print with a motif from another tapestry exhibited two years earlier, made of moss. When a picture of moss is enlarged, it may be perceived as a landscape viewed from above. Hand-painted textiles were interleaved with the tapestry and stretched tread between the placements forming a memory map of an attempt to remember places that had made profound impressions and at the same time are almost forgotten.
